« on: November 04, 2005, 02:41:14 am »I've been to Italy once to order hot chocolate and I find it really really intriguing. Very deep, thick and heavenly delicious. It looks as if a bit of buttery on the top, has thick a bit solid chocolate on top but has liquid form in the inside. I can still remember the taste
I wonder how to make this perfect hot chocolate.... Is there actually a machine to create this thick hot chocolate like how espresso is made by espresso machine? Or should it be total manual?
