Old Products / I can't remember the name!
« on: August 29, 2007, 10:59:14 pm »One of my fave chocky bars was made by Cadburys I believe, it had a white centre slightly runny with a chocolate mesh coating around it, similar in style to a birds nest but it got taken off the market, can anyone remember this as it was at least 10 to 15 years ago.

I'm not sure if anyone will remember this but back in the mists of time around 1983/84 I noticed Ovaltine Bar's being offered in my local supermarket, they basically consisted of a malty ovaltine centre with from recollection a dark chocolate coating. does anyone remember these?

other than british candy who is the cheapest online seller for the Texan Bars? I've looked everywhere in London for them and still can't find them. I did buy 15 but they ran out so i'm either going to have to buy a few boxes or at least double figures.

I bought mine through a website and expected them to turn up monday but i got my box of 15... yes i know but they are Texan bars and i waited 20 years! They tasted like i remember them but they weren't as Chewy but still wonderful after all this time!
