Recipes / chocolate and blue cheese
« on: June 10, 2007, 02:46:47 pm »Hello everybody - it's my first post so be gentle with me...
I was half asleep yesterday morning and the TV was on the discovery science channel.
There was a programme on about chocolate aimed at chefs.
It was talking about the chemistry of chocolate - which was nice and simple and very accurate - but then it went on to discuss flavour combinations being tested in a swiss flavour house.
Apparently chocolate and blue cheese go very well together.
Has anybody tried it?
And what other combinations go well together?
And yes... I do work for cadbury!
