Title: Weymouth

It's been a nice couple of days so far, but a bit cloudy and wet today.  I hope to go to Portland Bill tomorrow.  Also want to rekindle my childhood and watch punch and judy.  Will be interesting to see if the baby gets eaten by the crocodile or if poliitical correctness has made it's mark there too.  

Will update you later in the week.

Hope you enjoyed your trip down south Bounty.  Did you see the Dartford Warbler?  And did you manage to understand our country bumpkin accents?

No didn't see Dartford warbler, but seen stacks before.  I liked Weymouth and the accent was nice.  Not as bumpkinified as south Devon and in my opinion.  For sheer bumpkiness though you can't beat north west Somerset.

I agree with you about South Devon.  My friend's husband was born and bred there and I can't understand a word he says when he really gets going!

I like the Cornish accent, they speak a totally indecipherable dialect in St. Ives.

'Bumpkinified' is possibly the best word ever!
