Title: Kit Kat Kool
Post by: on April 21, 2005, 01:47:27 pm

Kitkat launches a ‘Kool it’ campaign on May 2 to encourage consumers to eat the chocolate biscuits bars direct from the chiller cabinet. Prizes include a Ford Streetka and branded mini fridges.

So..............who likes fridged chocolate? Who doesn't?

That's a YES for me. (I like it!)

I put my Mars bars in the freezer, exactly one hour prior to consumption.

I find with most chocolates such as KitKat I eat them quicker from the fridge.

The exceptions are bars such as CDM (especially the big bars) which can break teeth and Mars which needs to be cut into slices if refrigerated.

I like dairy milk, bounty or flakes from the fridge but its not safe to put dime bars and crunchies in the fridge.

I think pretty much all chocolate is best from the fridge when I eat it. Plus it takes longer to eat. I am a 'sucker'

Single bars are nice chilled, but I find big slabs start to taste... well, 'fridgey' after a few days in there.

I wouldn't know as I never keep chocolate for 'a few days'

Am I the only one not so keen on refrigerated chocolate? It doesnt melt
in the mouth so nicely when it's been in the fridge. I suppose with
Kitkat thats not an issue to worry about though.

I usually put it in the fridge in the morning if I am going to eat it
that day. I know what you mean about keeping it in there and it does
start to taste 'fridgey'

I agree with you Kevvosa, I don't like refrigerated chocolate. I love dipping mine into my tea so it goes all soft

Mmm I am a fan of tea and chocolate. With the new Aeros I take a chunk,
put in my mouth and then have a sip of tea and it makes the chocolate
melt and it's warm and delicious

Thats what my boyfriend does with Aero bars. Not with tea though, he is more of a coffee fan.

I like chocolate and milk.

I used to love dunking Wispas in tea or hot chocolate. But the new bubbly CDM just doesn't work as well

What about Aero's?

My boyfriend said they have changed the bubbles in Aero's. Does anybody else think this?
