Title: How Often can you change Power/Gas Suppliers
Post by: Forth Bridges on October 28, 2013, 04:18:50 pm
Within the past month I have switched over 4 times. Is that legal?  as both companies want to keep me.

How are you managing to get out of the contracts without paying a cancellation fee for each one?

All of the big five energy companies are bandits. Nationalise the lot of them and start getting sensible with energy prices. We generate a lot of our own electricity and get a payback for the amount we feed into the national Grid via our solar panels. I had to try very hard not to snarl with enraged venom at the British Gas representative who tried to waylay me in town on Saturday. With a great deal of self control I told him "You are not BRITISH Gas and you really do not want to hear what I think because I am sure you've had enough abuse this morning."

It seems I have been mis-sold and someone is in trouble. I agree nationalise the dam companies, and better still invest in new gas storages unit so we can store gas in the summer...
