i may have mentioned this before (you know i have!) but i am a massive wrestling fan. yes, i know - i'm 34 and should really know better. well imagine my surprise today when i saw this article by those usually katie price obsessed people at aol on my homepage. (the full article is the link at the bottom of this page... but i have embedded the video as well.)
just wondering what your opinions are of this? completely inappropriate or just a bit of fun? (and remember this is in japan, where there sports are a little 'madder' than ours.) people are going crazy about this video... some proclaiming it sick and twisted, while others applaud the artistic merits. check it out.

Well - I think it's very staged and probably rehearsed and entirely play fighting. The girl is obviously a trained gymnast and a good little actress.

exactly. i think the only people who are getting so offended at this are the kind of people who think WWE is real, rather than the scripted comedy we all know it is.

All WWE fans know that their fights are all scripted but how can they let this thing happen? A nine year old girl fighting with a professional wrestler. They didn't think that this has a bad effect on children because they'll think that its alright to get involved with fights.
