Hi All
Just introducing myself, I am Emily and my business is called Merry Berry Truffles & Chocolates. I specialise in making by hand unique flavoured chocolates such as Lime & Ginger, Chilli & Orange, the list is endless. I also make by hand alcoholic fresh cream truffles, such as sloe gin and blackberry vodka flavours. Website coming soon....watch this space.
Jst thought I would join this forum to see what people want from chocolate these days.

Anything that wasn't just standard milk chocolate but with a truffle or praline centre would be welcome.

Champagne truffles that contain Champagne, and not that 'poor man's brandy' known as Marc de Champagne would be welcome.

possibly but i can definitely tell you that brandy and a crunchie doesnt work cos i tried it last night.
