Since the forum rebuild Lou and I don't have the option to disable accounts completely I'm afraid. Chocadmin's settings might be different.

I can only delete their stupid comments but for everyone i delete 3 more appear.

they are a many headed hydra, perhaps they're all coming from the same address range - i didn't think to check, I'll have a look later. I banned a whole school once (many years ago) coz they were being pricks in the old forum.

Well, it looks like the shoutbox is quiet again.  Can't the sign-up process be made more difficult?  Maybe they have to be checked out or something?
