First my favourite white chocolate was discontinued: Cadbury Dream With Strawberry and now Dream seems to have gone. It looked like it was slowly being phased out and now I can't find one bar! Is Dream discontinued?

I'm not a big fan of white chocolate at all, unless it has vanilla in it.  I think G&B white choc is the only one I can stomach.

The FDA of America do not class the white stuff as chocolate.

I don't care if it's classed as chocolate or not - I still love it.  I even like Sainsburys Basics version.

White chocolate has no cocoa solids added, just the cocoa butter.  It's not really chocolate, but what else could you call it?

Can someone explain to me why cocoa solids but not cocoa butter mean it should be called 'chocolate'? I see this argument again and again but never really understand it.
