The perfect choco-toffee cookies, with an easy recipe!
You need:
4 eggs
1kg flour
2 Cadbury Creme Eggs
1lb caramel
100ml Barley water
20ml Olive oil
600g Cocoa butter
Some chocolate milk
Peanut butter
Mix the caramel, chocolate, eggs, cocoa butter and flour powerfully in a mixing bowl. When the mixture is smooth and silky, whisk in the Creme Eggs.
Add chocolate and caramel chunks aswell as some peanut butter.
Keep mixing.
Add some milk and olive oil if the mixture is lumpy or will not mix.
Mix in the barley water.
Heat the oven to 300 degrees.
Evenly distribute the mixture to make the cookies.
Leave them to bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
