Title: Kellogg's Rice Krispies Squares Totally Chocolatey
Post by: Jim@Chocolatemission on February 26, 2009, 10:04:44 am

Those kind swines at Kellogg's sent me a chocolate fondue with my samples! I reckon they were trying to butter me up!

I reviewed them on my site (there is a comp on there to win some as well!!).... better than the Caramel Chocolate ones!

But are they any better than the ones you can make yourself?

Nothing can beat home made. Greggs do a chocolate cornflake cake which is ok.

I would agree with you both here ... you cant beat home made - but to save this hassle these aren't a bad solution!

Sainsburys do good ones too.  Of course the quality of 'home made' all depends on what chocolate you're using in the first place.

I agree with you who say that home made is the best. I remember my mother's good old chocolate cake, mixed with crushed bisquites + a bit of rum - just for the taste

Absolutely. I have to use Scotbloc with crispy cakes.
