Its a site set up by the makers of Revels so that you can vote for your least favourite....
Can't believe the coffee ones are losing :o
-
No one like coffee
Counter are the best!
-
Get rid of the raisin and bring back the peanut.
-
I'm with 623, counters are best - get rid of the rest!
-
I like the coffee, but I can see why so many don't. I prefer minstrels to revels though :)
-

This should be the new Wispa!
-
I hate the coffee. Bring back the peanut!
-
Get rid of the coffee and leave the rest as they are.
-
Toffee and maltesers out. replace them with coffee.
-
Eurgh Nooooooooooooooooooo
-
Toffee and maltesers out. replace them with coffee.
How can something that's already there replace them? ???
On a similar topic, what new revel would you introduce? I think raspberry would be nice.
-
Pineapple?
-
coconut.
-
I have a Bad feeling its mint! Poitnless!
-
I think mint would taint the rest of the Revels.
Dark chocolate?
-
I'm with Goldencup - pineapple, then blackcurrant, cherry, gooseberry, lime.....
-
and strawberry.
-
Definitely get rid of the coffee ones.. and maybe introduce strawberry.. or honeycomb! yum!
-
Isn't honeycomb like the malteaser? Introduce a baileys tasting one. Better still make them all alcohol.
-
Coconut with tiny li'l pieces of cherry in it.
-
Truffle? :P
-
Aerated ones?
-
Praline
-
Oh, yes, the world can never have enough praline.
-
goodbye coffee, goodbye orange.
-
Mousse?
-
marmite?
-
In descending order of favouritism
coffee
orange
peanut
raisin
malteser
toffee
-
Coffee is at 37% to raisins 28%.
YES!
-
Coffee is my fave DOHHH!
-
I really am wondering what the new flavour will be. I hope they don't wimp out for the old peanut or coconut one.
-
Please let it be coconut.
-
I'd quite like it to be coconut too.
-
Bounty has become quite sycophantic since you met Lou.
Have you put something in his tea?
-
no but i did hypnotise him.
-
I hesitate to ask what with! I can guess his reply.
-
Voting is now closed. The coffee is favourite to be outed with 41%. Raisin was nearest with 26%.
Right Mars you have been told, so what's new?
-
I bet it will be crap or peanut or Coconut!
-
Much as I hate the coffee one I would rather the raisin went. It does not fit in. I want the peanut one back or coconut.
-
I'm going to have to take you over my knee and spank you for that comment.
Giggety.
-
Why not just do away with all the revels and bring back cabanas.
-
Why don't they make the flat chocolate ones in Revels (those that used to be Galaxy counters) available in bags on their own?
Years and years ago, there were Turkish Delight choc in Revels. I'd like to see them back and unfortunately for Lou, I would replace the peanut ones.
-
I'd like to see them back and unfortunately for Lou, I would replace the peanut ones.
They did a while back. The raisin replaced it.
-
The peanut will never make a return not with all these peanut allergy sufferers and kids putting them up their noses.
-
Well, that shows how long it is since I had any Revels! I think they should make Peanut Revels - just for Lou.
-
What about a peanut butter centre as a compromise?
-
Yuk no.
-
What about a peanut butter centre as a compromise?
I'd like those :P
-
Pe
What about a peanut butter centre as a compromise?
Peanut Butter belongs on toast or crumptets and shouldn't be allowed anywhere near chocolate!
-
Watch the episode of Family Guy to see how peanut butter and chocolate were invented by Officer Reese.

I agree. Next someone will suggest a marmite revel.
-
How about marmalade crisps?
-

That's completely different - Marmite isn't sweet.
-
Marmite is evil
-
Agreed. Vile stuff.
-
You probably hate marmite as much as some hate coffee.
-
I hate coffee too!
-
Having eaten Mint Poppets for the first time in years this week, I'm convinced the new flavour should be mint. Those things are more addictive than crack.
-
you've tried crack? I think mint would be nice but maybe it would sort of rub off on all the other ickle revels. I think strawberry fondant or coconut .
-
Yes, my oldest said the same thing and I said as Lou did.
Butterscotch and banana?
-
Mmmmmmmmmm banana would be nice.
-
Cherry?
Marzipan?
-
I think mint would be nice but maybe it would sort of rub off on all the other ickle revels.
I wondered that, but it doesn't seem to happen with the orange ones.
-
Mmmmmmmmmm banana would be nice.
Banana would be gross!
-
How long do we have to wait before they announce the new revel??
-
Mars Reveals.
That's their new name.
-
shocking.
-
It comes out before Xmas, and I have insider info - one of you has suggested the correct replacement!!
-
Is it me?
-
I'm not all that bothered if I don't have revels again cos even if i get the coconut one i want the peanut has gone.
-

Admit it! It was me with the trifle filling idea?
-
peanut butter revel would be heaven... mmm....
-
peanut butter revel would be enough to put me off revels for life.
-
peanut butter is the greatest substance ever to be mixed with chocolate.... mmmm.... kitkat peanut butter duo... mmm...
-
I have to say I'm with Cinabar on this one.
-
Is it me?
No - sorry not your suggestion Bounty, or Paulham either, its someone elses suggestion!
-
peanut butter is the greatest substance ever to be mixed with chocolate.... mmmm.... kitkat peanut butter duo... mmm...
I bought one the other week and thought '200 cals, that's not bad' - then I realised that was for half of it! :o Still delish though.
I will be interested to see which of us got the new Revel right. By my reckoning strawberry, marzipan, mint, peanut and coconut are still in the running.
-
Marzipan - no thank you... its fine in Xmas cake, but not my revels!!!
-
What an excellent idea, a marzipan revel. yummy.
-
It's official.
It's crab and wasabi paste.
See here:

-
Snackspot posters are saying freeze dried strawberry.
Eugh!
-
I had some chocolate strawberries from Selfridges and they were yumbos, as my sister would say.
-
Why not just good old strawberry cream? Why do they have to adulterate everything with the lastest fads?
-
It's the "credit crunch".
-

Retailers have a fantastic opportunity to drive sales in the bite-sized chocolate sector with the introduction of new, limited edition Revels Mystery Sweet packs. Available from November, coffee is being temporarily replaced for the first time in the brand's 41 year history.
The Revels limited edition follows the £2million Revels Eviction TV, press and digital campaign activity earlier this year, which offered consumers the chance to vote-out their least favourite flavour. The debate raged, as a staggering 250,000 votes were cast with 41% voting for coffee's exclusion over second-place raisin (26%). Fans of coffee should fear not, however, as it will make a return to Revels packs in the New Year.
Bep Sandhu, Trade Relations Manager for MARS comments: "The eviction process was first for the UK bite-sized confectionery market and, alongside a £2million investment programme, helped drive consumer awareness and excitement around the brand. With over 250,000 votes cast the appeal of Revels is clear and retailers should be looking to stock-up now to take advantage of the new limited edition packs."
Sandhu continues: "The new Mystery Sweet Revels packs also encourage trial by not directly revealing the new flavour. The new pink design, maximising stand out on shelf, alludes to the new flavour but ultimately consumers will have to buy the new pack to confirm the identity of the mystery sweet."

#Let's get this party started#
-
I think it's fantastic news that the new sweet will be strawberry cream! I am puzzled by one thing though. If 41% of the 250,000 people who voted wanted the coffee out, why allow it to make a come-back in the future? If you extrapolate that figure to include all or most of the Revel eating public, coffee is most certainly a very unpopular flavour - so why not just exclude it for good?

How so? It could be taken that those who hate coffee represent 41% thus 59% do not dislike this flavour (or at least not enough to vote it their most hated Revel).
250,000 people voted. Are they representitive of the views of the remaining Revel eaters who did not vote?
A lot also voted to get rid of raisin (26%) so it wasn't that clear cut.
Sorry Oldspice, I'm not trying to pick on you, more just play "Devil's advocate".
I am also wary of any statistics as they can be used to show/prove any point you wish to make.
Don't get me wrong, if coffee never came back I for one would be happy (goodness knows I voted often enough to get rid of it!).
See? These statistics are deeply flawed. :D
-
either way it nice to have a we change, !! do you know what when coffee comes back teh sale will go up so people can eat it,
win win for the company!
-
coffee going is so sad.... Sainsburys not having the new packs today was just as sad though.
-
I dislike the raisin more than the coffee and won't revels be a lot less fun if we don't have to try avoiding getting the coffee one?
-
I am really enjoying the new strawberry revel. Apparently the coffee has only been removed for a short period.
-
I'd just get rid of Revels...
-
I want Galxley counter back so maybe not!
-
Now there is no peanut Revel, I have been enjoying them. The only thing is, I didn't realise they'd taken the coffee one out! I swear I tasted coffee ones in the pack I had last week! It wasn't an old pack though 'cos there were strawberry ones in the pack too.
-
Maybe orange? I also through that about the taste of coffee!
-
The smokey bacon one.
-
Seconded!
-
It will be like the Double Decker, Oldspice.
That was sneaky, but nice!?
-
nice to see you back pham. Good holiday?
-
Yes, thank you. See my post on the products I obtained.
-
Not a big fan of coffee either!
