Paul Burrel tells lie after lie and his latest claim that he slept with Diana seems very unlikely to me.

It's actually his brother-in-law who has claimed it; Burrell has distanced himself from the story. But to be honest I wouldn't be surprised if he had told his brother-in-law that he'd slept with her, given how obsessed he seems.
