Ok, ok, so I cheated a bit. However, it was worth it!
I took a packet mix of Wrights chocolate fudge cake http://www.wrightsflour.co.uk/en-GB/products.aspx
and grated a 45 g bar of 45% dark chocolate into the mix. Once whisked and poured into the cake tin I pushed a Lindt Lindor Dark into the middle of the mix and baked.
Absolutely delicious with a crispy edged top and a moist (ooer) inner with the chocolate spread throughout.
9/10.
I am away for my FIFTH piece of the evening.

1 pound a bag in Aldi and I have a carrot cake mix awaiting my attention next.
My boys have suggested adding turnip (!) to the carrot cake mix as they like the way turnip makes them fart.

If you like to make an amazing fudge cake hee you go
-
Recipes are good but I need to see a picture .
-
Not necessarily - if there's no picture, you won't be disappointed if it goes wrong

-
My cooking always turns out exactly like the picture.

I bought a recipe book, with the hardest to make chocolate cake being the recipe I decided to try first.
Imagine my surprise when, despite concerns it would go horribly wrong, it looked better and neater than the picture!
I was so proud, I even took a picture! Sadly I had an accident with the mobile that had the pictures on (it had other cakes too [one without chocolate!]. I accidently threw the phone in the bin - but it's not as daft as it sounds (I hope!).
I was charging my phone, with it resting on the couch arm. Later, I had something in my hand, can't remember what, but it was small. Anyway, I dropped it and it went under the couch, so I lifted the couch up, but as I did so, the phone flew across the room. I picked it up. I then took the bag out of my watebasket/bin in the living room to put in the chute (I live in flats). However, after searching everywhere in the living room, every nook and cranny, I realised the phone had gone into the wastebasket! And I had thrown the bag out of it down the chute. And we don't have access to where the chute goes. So I've lost my cakey goodness pictures. :'(

That sounds a terrible mishap you had with your chocolate chute!
-
disaster.
-
At least it wasn't the actual cake that went down the chute.

Could have been a lot worse if you had a cat.
