Title: Lion Pop Chocs

Spotted these at Netto in Leicester today. They come in a ziploc bag (like M&Ms) for 99p and all the blurb is mainland European. Very tasty though and the bag is just the right size for the cinema (plus it's flat enough to sneak past the cinema Stasi who try to stop you from taking your own snacks in).

I have had these and we could have got them at the same place! I found them in a little town where my daughter was based (at the ambulance station) for a while in the summer. Can't think of the name - will get back to you.

 

Didn't like them much. I thought they were a bit like poor pop corn.

 

Right - I've checked with hubbie and it was in Lutterworth. A really nice little town.

Top marks: Lutterworth it was, and where I live!

I quite liked the Pop Chocs -- they reminded me of the nobbly nutty one out of Dairy Box.

It was OK thanks - except I got food poisoning and missed out Principal's Staff Conference ! Some people said i did it on purpose!

 

I really liked Lutterworth. I noticed there were a lot of pubs!  My daughter is training to be a paramedic and has just qualified as an Ambulance Technician. She was based at Lutterworth for a while but is back at university for a few weeks. When she goes back out on the ambulances, she is based all around Leicestershire.
