Title: Jane Tomlinson dies

Jane Tomlinson, who was diagnosed with terminal cancer seven years ago, but still went on to run a series of marathons and compete in Iron Man competitions for charity, has died aged 43.

I was disgusted to read that people wrote to her requesting she stopped her fundraising activities and adopt a lower profile as she was 'setting unrealistic standards for terminal patients'. Wasn't it enough that she was dying without having people tell her how to spend the last years of her life?
