That Wispa has been discontinued.

I have loved this chocolate for years and now I found out I can't get it anymore. I remember having some not long back maybe last year.
anybody know when exactly it was discontinued??

The shop where I get my Fry's chocolate cream from sells Wispa. I saw them yesterday. Next time I'm in I'll ask them where there supply is from. They sell all sorts of stuff, particularly by Nestles, which I never see anywhere else.

2003 I think. I once saw some Russian Wispas on the Bullring market but they weren't quite the same as the UK ones.

I've got a feeling the shop I go to gets them from Ireland.

Does this shop just sell the milk chocolate variety or can you get other variations too?
I miss Wispa Gold

Apparently it will be back as a limited edition soon.

Best we stock up when we see it.

Yay

I really miss Wispa
I cannot really see how axing a load of popular choccie bars and introducing Cadbury Dairy Milk with whatever has increased Cadbury sales

- many people I know including myself rarely buy cadbury bars any more because they are all so boring. Is the modern palate really so bland?
Ritter Sport is definitely the way to go

My thoughts too.
Chocolate is after all a luxury product and it should entice the buyer, not bore them to death with its corporate face.
