Were these made by Cadburys too ? I think they were a wafer, caramel type thing.

Yes, but I read somnewhere they only put them in selection boxes and didn't sell them separately.

They used to sell them when I was a kid.  They came in a blue wrapper and were really chewy.  My local shop used to sell them for around 10p-ish.  In fact, most shops did.  Sure they were a Cadbury product.
