I worked as a Saturday girl in a bakery. The managerss was a total cow an bullied me from the minute I walked through the door until closing time. I was not the only one she bullied. There was an older woamn who worked afternoons with me and she was treated badly too. The manageress and the two other morning ladies would gang up on me and criticise my work and appearance.
Eventually the branch closed down and the manageress was made redundant. The area manager asked me if I wanted a full time job in another branch when I left college! (I didn't take it)
Also mad women would ask me to look for strange size bras that i don't think existed.
Sorry Lou!
My worst job was a summer working as a waitress aged 17. First of all, I have a terrible memory so I had trouble remembering in which order people came in so I forgot to serve people which (if they didn't walk out) made them grumpy and difficult. Then there was the machine for making frothy coffee which splurted boiling hot water everywhere - including over my hands. The pay was very low and the place was a long way away which made it a difficult commute. Cleaning up at closing time was the worst part although they did provide a decent vacuum cleaner so I just hoovered up all the food off the floor
Oh and did I mention my coffee allergy?
