I only came here a few days ago, but, thought I would ask you all about this.
I have a friend who is far fitter than me who is running the London Marathon. She would be really grateful if you could sponsor her anything at all because she has pledged to raise £1500 for childline before she runs in April.
Its very easy and done through Justgiving.com, and also means she can claim back the tax so gets 28% extra for the charity on top of what you donate.
For those still reading, thanks, and for those who want to donate, please click.

Thanks once again for your time.

Is she gagging for it then?
-
Nah, she is nice, and married :)
-
Nice and married? How anodyne.
-
eh?
-
Surely she has a bit more edge than that?
-
who needs edge when you can run fast ;)
-
bounty have you sponsored yet?
-
No but I'll give her a rub down at the end.
-
you have to pay to do things like that ;)
-
bounty don't pay for it.
-
We all pay one way or another...
-
Do we?
-
I think so, if it be emotionally, physically, mentally or just cold hard currency we all pay one way or another.
-
what a cynical view.
-
Never had any experience to make me think any different so far in my life.
-
I took my girlfriend for a long walk through the woods today and round some ponds. I pointed out the birds and we looked at the little squirels playing with their nuts.
It was a beautiful crisp late January morning with frost on the lawn.
There was no room for cynicism only joy.

are you sure your a man? j/k
-
I don't think there's any doubt about that. I did think "taking my girlfriend for a long walk" while "pointing out birds" to her sounds just a tad patronising but I'm sure he didn't mean it that way. He's just full of joi de vivre! And why not?
-
Salsa you are one the most interesting people I have come across. What was it in what I said that made you think I was not a man. I am genuinely puzzled by this.
-
It was a tongue in cheek reply.
-
You mean you are not used to sensitive, caring men?
-
No, I mean it was tongue in cheek.
-
bum cheek
-
Nah,my tongue isnt that long, and im not that bendy ;)
-
Bounty talks like a man in love and much as I would find walking and looking at birds a little boring I can see how he and his girlfriend would enjoy it. I am looking forward to the wedding.
-
-
I think it's sweet
-
I do, but im a cynic so if someone was like that with me they wouldnt last the day.
-
What do cynics do on romantic dates? Do you take long walks to look at everything that's wrong with society?
-
nah, we just don't do romantic dates.
-
Q. How many cynics does it take to change a light bulb?
A. Who cares, it will go out one day.
-
I am not a cynic, I know that for sure! I like to see the good in most things and be happy
-
-
Salsa, apart from men ogling your ample breasts what has made you cynical?
-
I was born this way. Some people are happy, some people are sad, some people are jokers, im cynical.
It's fun.
-
I think you are interesting. I don't meet many interesting people.
-
I think everyone is interesting to a degree, listening to each others life experiences is very interesting.
-
No, not everyone's
-
If someone has done nothing at all, then of course it is questionable. But, I have rarely come across someone that when you scratch under the surface hasnt got an interesting story to tell.
