You are creating a new box of wrapped milk chocolates (like Quality Street or Roses) and they are called HotchPotch. What fillings would you include? Here are my choices:
Turkish Delight
Coffee Cream
Creme Brulee
Lemon Cream
Blackcurrant Cream
Rose and Violet Cream Mix
Pineapple Pie (pineapple piece with liquid and cream pineapple filling)
Cherry Dream (Whole cherry with cherry cream surround)

I thought about it and I think my choices would be:
Rose Creams
Violet Creams
Lime/Lemon mousse
Fudge Mallow
Cherry Dream (love the sound of those oldspice)
Strawberry Tart
Apricot Puree
and some really nice Vanilla Truffles.
What a lovely thought, a whole selection of chocolates and I don't have to check for the ones with nuts in.
It's just a dream at the moment but maybe someday!

2 x soft toffee filling somewhat like Golden Cup
A marzipan in plain choc
A guanduja of milk chocolate with orange essence.
2 x mocha ganache
2 x almond praline
2 x wiskey and ginger truffles
last but not least an 80% cocoa guanduja called Velevet Darkness.
