I like "Fairytale of New York" by the Pogues and Kirsty MacColl and "Christmas Wrapping" by the Waitresses.

Most of them annoy me as they start in November and are played non-stop.

I haven't noticed much in the way of Christmas songs yet; I guess I must avoid them pretty well. I was decorating my tree last night and I could have done with some Christmas music. I am still not feeling particularly Christmassy yet.

Most of the shopping centres in Leeds are playing them aswell as shops like Poundstretcher.

I don't much like Christmas songs but if I have to listen to one it would be Merry Christmas (War is Over) by John Lennon.

Can you imagine a bikini-clad woman being allowed to deliver a Ramadan or Eid speech? I am all for cultural diversity but it only seems to work one way at the moment.

I love most Christmas songs - they are ingrained in my brain from childhood. If I had to pick a favourite I'd go for 'Fairytale of New York'.

I have memories of dancing round my friend's Christmas tree to Max Bygraves Jingle Bell Rock. 

Of course, that was some years ago!

For an old favourite I would go for 'White Christmas' by Bing Crosby.

For a new song I love 'Walk This Sleigh' by Robbie Williams.
