There's a website called http://www.pandora.com that you can use to find singers/bands similar to those you already like. It's supposed to only be for US citizens but I found a US zipcode to register.

Go on google, type in free US zipcode, and you will come across something.

but how do you actually register..all i did was added the group i like and now it's like having my own little juke box..is there more to it ?

Yes - they will let you play so much without registering, but eventually will tell you that you need to register.

so i did what lorri did...

and now i'm enjoying what there throwing at me in the way of music...it's a good link...
