According to brandrepublic.com, Cadbury will be laucnhing a dark chocolate Flake at the end of Summer:

"Sources claim Cadbury Dairy Milk will be returning to TV, including its high-profile sponsorship of 'Coronation Street', in August. A campaign supporting the launch of a dark-chocolate Flake variant will also be going ahead, as scheduled, at the end of the summer."

I'd much prefer a mint or orange Flake, personally.

 Dark flake sounds nice.
Wasn't there a dark flake in the 70's?

Had one of these from Cybercandy. Not bad, but not significantly different in taste to a normal or dipped one. Lets hope they use darker choc for the UK version

Not a great fan of dark choc, but in the Flake Moments (I think thats what they're called) there are some nice dark ones, in fact they are all pretty tasty

Fair enough, each to their own.

However to decry Nestle for cheap chocolate and yet clamour for Bournville which is to plain chocolate what slurry is to milk chocolate, is a bit rich.

But nothing tastes as cheap as Nestle cheap chocolate.

I would rather eat cheap tasting chocolate that I liked than eat foul tasting chocolate.
