Definitely more wafer / biscuit than chocolate. A KitKat is not my idea of a chocolate bar.

The two-finger ones are chocolate biscuits. Four-finger or Chunky varieties are chocolate bars. Don't ask me why.

The 2 fingered Kitkats are just silly, like getting a penguin biscuit in your lunchbox instead of a Wispa. The only thing interesting about a 2 fingered KitKat is that you could wear the red paper bit like a bracelet.

KK Chunky is a chocolate bar, and 2 fingers are biscuits. The 4 finger lies in a grey area.
