How long can one person make their bithrday celebrations last - re our Queen?
It just goes on, and on and on....
Mind you, for 80 she looks fantastic.
Can you beat her record for birthday celebrations lou?

I think that saying is hilarious. Isn't it a geordie saying? I knew someone who once said: "I'm sitting here like a bloody borst cooch" in a geordie accent.

I got ticked off by a chap who used to post on here when I said my only visit to Scotland was to Edinburgh which I absolutely loved. he said - "that's not Scotland - it's every English persons idea of Scotland!".

Still I'm glad you liked it. We will have the Fringe Festival and the Military Tattoo soon when people from all over the world come here. It's an amazing time. Edinburgh's a great place to stay!!!

BONKERS, I'm from the West and Glasgow is a big sh*te hole in lots of ways. Yes Edinburgh is far nicer but it is where tourists come to see what they think Scotland is like.
I mean, would someone from Leeds say London is exactly what England is like?

I think the Queen looks great for 80 - she has very good skin. Okay, some would say 'of course she looks good, she's never worked a day in her life', but you try getting to 80 and doing all the travelling she does, not to mention being on her feet most of the day at walkabouts etc. I also think Phil the Greek is amazing for 85.
