Title: Swiss Delice
Post by: on March 04, 2006, 06:42:19 pm

Found some lovely little boxes (150g) of their pralines in Poundland last month.

The varieties were Almond, dark and honey, nougat and almond. They were gorgeous but only lasted a week in their stores.

3 boxes. 1 of each of the varieties I mentioned. The Noir were absolutely, positively fabulous. The praline dark centre was actually nutty tasting but rather creamy!

Guess what guys? Found a brilliant UK website called www.swisschocolatebox.com AND they sell the 400gm Chocoblocs in milk, dark and milk/orange flavour. I've already had the Kirsch Dark 100gm bar they sell and it was absolutely out of this world. Swiss Delice is fantastic Swiss Chocolate and it's soooooo very exciting to find somewhere online where I can indulge my passions! The p & p seems reasonable on things as well because 400gm + packaging ain't cheap, I speak from experience!

Go for it! Treat yourself!

I do ebay and come under the name 'Nizetoyz'. I sell kids toys at Christmas time. Any way, I love chocolate.

Do you have a control issue? This isn't just your website ya know. No wonder there's only a couple of folks relating on here, sad really...may I ask if I can join you as a fellow chocolate fan?

Feel free. But remember it's  a forum, not an advertising opportunity.

Do you really think talking like that is the way to get people to 'relate' to you?

just wondering what the issue is Smurfboy? As you can see in my first post - I'm quite a decent, friendly person really - however, I hit ice - not the warmest of receptions for new folks. I'm happy to start again and to get back to the main issue here. Chocolate!

I'm guessing by the self-help speak that you're American?

Okay, the issue: this is a free website and one of the very few in the world where you don't get bombarded with ads and pop-ups. Some people abuse that by using the message board to advertise their services for free. I'm sure everyone will be happy to chat to you if you're here to chat, but if it's just to advertise your website you will 'hit ice'.

So, are you American Dazzle? If so, could you tell me what a Cherry Mash bar really tastes like? I find the idea of peanut crunch around cherry fondant a bit strange.

Hi Oldbutspicey, naaaaaa, I'm an over excitable Brit! that was funny though! I think cherry and peanut butter sounds interesting. I've friends who love peanut butter and banana sandwiches. Personally, nutella butties are my choice.

Maybe I've got the name wrong. It is made by Kraft and they do a really rich dark chocolate and this truffle bar and it's fantastic.
