pancake lasagne, just like a normal lasagne but with pancakes instead of pasta.

In America I noticed at breakfast Americans would have sausage, bacon, scrambled egg, sweet waffle and maple syrup all on the same plate then they would laugh at us cos we had seperate plates for sweet and savoury.

Yummy we had pancakes last night, with slices of banana and strawberry (one of my fave fresh fruit combos) then I rolled them up and drizzled chocolate sauce on them with a splash of double cream.... and just for that gritty/sweet texture a spinkle of sugar on top. Mmmmmmm

I made pancakes for my kids but did not have many myself. They had lemon juice on theirs.

I had Maple Syrup on mine. Mum also done some with a black cherry filling. It was out of a can and I am guessing its used as a pie filling. It was very nice though.
