I have one sugar in my tea. I must drink about 2 cups a month so its not gonna do any damage.

I've never had sugar in tea.  I don't like posh teas much - I'm a fan of Sainsbury's Red Label and PG!

My fave cuppa is made in a pot with 2 Lady grey tea bags and 2 breakfast tea bags. I like it nice and strong with a dash of milk. It looks like proper builders tea, but has a nice floral/citrus hint due to the lady grey mix. No sugar.

The worst cardinal sin for me is..... dipping biscuits in tea. An absolute no no! Couldn't have even allow my kids to do that to my tea when they were little. Oh ,the thought of that slude i the bottom.... Eugh!

Ah, Lady Grey is the exception to my 'posh tea' comment.  I do like that from time to time.

Kermie is right . Ginger nuts are the best tea dippers.

I prefer tea over coffee. Not too strong but decently strong. I like it best with sugar but I take sweetners during the week for diet reasons.

For posh tea I like the Teltey Earl Grey with vanilla teas.

I don't like mine too strong ,suppose I say medium strength. I have one sugar but for years had two.
